Our company has advanced LED luminaire manufacturing facilities such as auto soldering and SMT machines, electrical testing device such as integrating spheres and distribution photometer etc.

Ou Geer devotes itself to developing new products with state-of-the-art technologies. Our R&D team with 7 professional people who has abundant experience in industrial design, electronic driver, heat simulation analysis, optical lens design,light control system. We also have a professionally trained QC team to ensure the quality of all the products. And all the products are CE certified as well as RoHS compliant. Process: MQC (raw material quality control) --- PQC (on production quality control) --- FQC (finished product quality control) --- DQC (delivery product quality control)  

Equipment: LED light intensity distribution analyzer, oscillograph, and digital/mechanical multimeter, salt spray tester, luminometer, and luminosity integrating sphere.

Testing Details: QC manual, Internal Auditing Management Procedure, Ineligible Management Procedure, Recording Management Procedure, Rectification Measures Management Procedure, Prevention Measure Management Procedure, Customer Complaint Processing Procedure.
